A while back a customer brought in a 2010 Chevrolet LS 3 for a rebuild and to have a small cam upgrade. The customer was upgrading from a 327 SB for his 1955 Chevrolet pickup. These LS series engines can produce nice horsepower and torque with small upgrades and this one produced 520 HP and 484 lbs TQ which should make a noticeable difference in the 55.
